Using local, naturally grown or produced ingredients, Fresh Local foods are lovingly created by Culinary Institute of America chef, Josh Lanahan and his partner, Michelle Lozuaway.
Josh & Michelle run a small family farm in Newington, New Hampshire, where they raise chickens, fresh eggs, lots of garden veggies, and three (constantly hungry) boys. The entire family works hard to support local businesses and farmers. A few of their favorites include:
